From January 13th to 15th, the MotoGP and SBK riders will be in action with the Panigale V4: Bastianini, Iannone, Bulega, Martin, Pirro, Petrucci, Rinaldi, Alex Marquez, and maybe even his brother Marc.
The Superbike will be returning January 24th to 25th for the Jerez tests, while the MotoGP will be doing so in early February at Sepang. As we wait to see the protagonists of the two competitions in action again, we’ll already be getting a preview in mid-January.
From Saturday the 13th to Monday the 15th, the Ducati Superbike and MotoGP riders will train with the Panigale V4 in Portimão. Since the regulations for both Championships do not allow for the use of racing bikes, they’ll be using road bikes.
Several riders will be present, including Pirro, Bastianini, Iannone, Bulega, Martin, Petrucci, Rinaldi, and Alex Marquez. Who knows if, besides Alex, his brother Marc – who’ll be busy next year with Gresini – will be there, too.
Those who won’t be present are the VR46 riders, namely Bagnaia, Bezzecchi, Morbidelli, sibce the 100 km at the Ranch is scheduled for the same weekend.
